From my autograph collection....

  1. Wow, that's one impressive collection there. Just where did you get them, especially the lovely and mysterious lady in gold?

    1. That would be Shirley Eaton, a publicity pic from 1964's GOLDFINGER.

I've picked these up over the years. About 10-15 years ago, my family used to go to a lot of autograph shows. I think Andrew Prine was the first actor I met and got an autograph from.

    2. Huh, I didn't know that they had shows for autograph hounds. Thanks for the info.

    3. Oh yes, usually as part of a larger convention devoted to movies or comics or whatever. I got most of my autographs at "film festivals" where the stars would be gathered together in addition to screenings of movies, sometimes contests, and of course a dealer's room where one could track down that elusive movie or magazine or poster or, indeed, autograph one might be needing or wanting.
